Medic Team One, LLC provides emergency medical training courses designed for civilian preparedness. Our training includes:
Training is educational only and does not constitute medical practice or professional medical certification.
Registration requires completion of enrollment forms and signed liability waivers. Payment is due upon confirmation of training dates. We accept various payment methods through secure third-party processors. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis depending on circumstances and timing of cancellation requests.

All participants must sign comprehensive liability waivers before training. These waivers include releases of claims for ordinary negligence and assumption of risk. Training involves inherent risks including potential physical injury. Participants acknowledge these risks and agree to hold Medic Team One, LLC harmless from liability except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule training sessions due to insufficient enrollment, instructor availability, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control. Participants will be notified promptly and offered alternative dates or refunds. Participant-initiated cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before scheduled training for potential refund consideration.
All training materials, course content, and methodologies are proprietary to Medic Team One, LLC. Participants may not reproduce, distribute, or use training materials for commercial purposes without written permission.
Training includes information about Texas Good Samaritan laws (Texas Civil Practice & Remedies Code §74.151) which provide legal protection for individuals offering good-faith emergency aid. However, participants should understand the limitations and requirements of such protections.
These Terms of Service are governed by Texas state law. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Montgomery County, Texas. If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
We may modify these Terms of Service at any time by posting updated terms on our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. Material changes will be communicated to registered participants via email.
